Meet our Founder
Fanni Mercs
Originally from Hungary and now based in Monaco, I have nurtured an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age.
After completing high school in Toulouse—where I also became fluent in French—I pursued my higher education in Strasbourg, a symbolic European capital and hub of international diplomacy.
Driven by a deep interest in international relations and protocol, I began my career with an internship at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. This first experience immersed me in the world of multilateral diplomacy and solidified my ambition to work at the intersection of protocol, politics, and international cooperation.
To broaden my perspective, I later joined Business France (formerly Ubifrance) in Budapest as a project assistant, gaining valuable insights into economic diplomacy and trade promotion.
My passion for the protocol and operational side of political events led me to remain in Brussels after completing my master’s degree. I joined the Brussels Office of the Antall József Knowledge Centre—a Hungarian think tank—where I was responsible for public relations and the organization of high-level diplomatic and policy events, engaging with EU institutions and key stakeholders.
After three years in the heart of the EU, I moved to Monaco and joined the Monaco Economic Board, the Principality’s Chamber of Commerce. There, I first worked as a project manager within Monaco Invest, focusing on investment promotion and international representation. I later took on the role of managing international projects, often collaborating with embassies, consulates, and government delegations.
In 2022, I founded my own company to help public and private institutions manage strategic B2B projects with a particular focus on high-level protocol events, international partnerships, and stakeholder management.
My core mission is to accompany clients in creating meaningful and impactful events that align with diplomatic standards and reflect a strong sense of cultural and institutional sensitivity.
