E-TRade mission: RUSSIA
The first ever virtual Trade Mission for Monaco Economic Board members brought together entrepreneurs from Monaco and Russia for two days. The health crisis didn’t dampen MEB’s determination to explore new business opportunities for its members. It is thanks to trade missions to Russia over the last few years that it has managed to establish such close ties with Chambers of Commerce and business associations in four major cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don and Novossibirsk.
I was managing the overall organisation of this online event simultaneously with 4 Russian Chambers of Commerce. With the team, we managed to set up about 200 B2B meetings via Zoom in 2 days. Thanks to this large-scale online event, Monaco managed to keep its strong economic relations even during Covid.
